Our Mission
We founded Method Aesthetics Academy in 2021 with a distinct goal in mind: use our passion for aesthetics to improve practitioner training, helping the industry and future patients by mentoring the next generation with one-on-one training and practical skill development. If you’re looking to advance your career, gain hands-on experience, and hone your aesthetic medicine skills, you’ve come to the right place! Our training programs support you on your journey to becoming a master level injector who goes beyond cookie-cutter techniques by providing ongoing mentorship and access to a community of skilled providers. We’re here to help you master your craft, so you can succeed in your career and help your patients reach their goals.
The Method Aesthetics Academy Difference
Multiple Dermal Fillers
An essential part of modern aesthetics medicine, we offer extensive training in a variety of dermal fillers — not just one. Unlike other aesthetic schools, we want our students to become comfortable handling various types of fillers, so that learning techniques and uses for each becomes more intuitive.
100cc of Neurotoxin
Compared to the typical 20cc most training courses provide, Method Aesthetics Academy provides students with 100cc of neurotoxin. This way, you gain hands-on experience handling a realistic amount to truly perfect your injection technique.
Five Syringes of Fillers
Working with fillers requires confidence, and we want you to leave with a deft hand and the ability to tackle any dermal filler-requiring procedure. Method Aesthetics Academy students gain their skills by handling five syringes of filler to treat a variety of facial areas, compared to the typical third of a syringe for lips.
One-on-One Training
You’re never just a number at Method Aesthetics Academy: we provide individualized training in a one-on-one setting to ensure that you finish the course feeling confident and proficient. You’ll never be one of many waiting for a three-minute conversation with the instructor when you learn from us!
Guided by Experts
Our experience in the aesthetics industry spans years, and we’re passionate about helping the next generation grow, learn, and most of all, love aesthetics and what it can do for people. All three of our master trainers have a different background and specialties within aesthetics, so it’s like taking three courses at once!
All Eyes on You
We’ll make sure all your questions are answered and that you have everything you need to succeed during your time with us. We want you to be the best you can be, and we’ll watchfully ensure that you’re excelling and learning throughout your time with us.
Anatomy Training
A strong understanding of anatomy is necessary to excel in aesthetics medicine, so we’ll teach you everything there is to know! You’ll be working with all kinds of patients, and a thorough background in the areas you will treat will enable you to make the best choices for your patients, safely.
Build Upon Your Medical Background
After building a firm understanding of anatomy, we’ll continue to build upon your medical knowledge by teaching you how results differ when you inject at different depths of the skin. You’ll also learn why certain textures and products are more amenable for certain areas based on skeletal structure and musculature.
Beauty for Everybody
To help you to maximize your potential, we go a step further by teaching you about different beauty standards. We’ll discuss the differences between male and female facial features to enable you to provide the best care possible — for everyone.
In-Depth Risk Training
With each procedure comes certain risks, and learning how to mitigate them is essential to success and safety. As part of our commitment to improving the aesthetics industry, we‘ll teach you how to prevent complications and manage risks during each course.
Reversal Protocols
In addition to helping you prevent complications, we’ll show you how to reverse them. You’ll know what to do the minute unforeseen issues arise, like vascular occlusions, by learning to identify what they look like and how to treat them effectively.
Small Class Sizes
Get the attention and focus you need with our small class sizes of 12 students or less. We know that focusing is easier in a more intimate environment, and it also allows us to dedicate time to you personally, so we’re proud to offer smaller sized classes that let you truly learn.
Learn from One Another
Smaller classes mean you get to establish relationships with other students who are in similar shoes as you. You’ll be able to learn not only from our instructors, but from other will-be injectors as you grow your knowledge and skills.
Maximize your Education
Because our class sizes are so small, we’ll make sure you make the most out of your time with us. We have all the equipment and supplies you’ll need, and our space is set up to be a safe and controlled environment for you to learn in.
Skills Checklist
As part of our commitment to better the aesthetics industry, we’ll prepare you for anything the business can throw at you. Our checklist system ensures you get targeted feedback from us, and a signature from our instructors means you’re truly proficient in injecting and ready to see patients once you leave our doors.
Cement Your Knowledge
By demonstrating your technical ability in a one-on-one environment, you’ll be able to apply what you learn in a practical setting. Cementing your knowledge for the future gives you a leg-up to start your aesthetics career and enables continued growth for years to come.
Professional Shadowing
Prepare for your future endeavors by shadowing established professionals in the industry. We want you to full experience what it’s like to work in the industry, so you’ll participate as an observer in a clinical environment with real patients!
Expert Teachers
When you train with Brittany and Katie, you’re training with some of the area’s best and most relied upon aesthetics practitioners. Discover what the client-patient relationship looks like in the aesthetics industry, and how the masters do it themselves!
Industry Experience
Shadowing gives you a unique opportunity to gain industry experience without having to go out of your way, as it’s included in our programs! Shadowing gives you the point-of-view of a business owner with administrative duties, and you’ll also watch her perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, like PDO threads. Shadowing Brittany gives you a feel for what it’s like to work at a busy plastic surgery practice where you’ll learn how to document each patients’ treatment and adjust it over time.
Private Mentoring Group
When you join Method Aesthetics Academy, you’ll be enrolled into a private Facebook mentoring group where you’ll gain opportunities to grow and develop as a practitioner. Supporting each other is what we do, and we want to ensure that you’re set up for success for years to come!

In order to ensure that we’re all the best we can be, we encourage one another, help build each other’s knowledge base, and hold each other accountable. Brittany Perez, DNP, FNP-C
Brittany found her passion for helping patients with their skin concerns and educating others early on in her career. As an Allergan national speaker and trainer, she’s helped numerous new injectors find their niche and perform with meaning and purpose. Her background in surgical care and injection techniques provide her with a broad basis to learn from!
Katie Reber, FNP-C
Having practiced in medicine for over two decades, Katie discovered her passion for aesthetics when she realized how fun injecting can be and how it benefits her patients. With an understanding of how much there is to learn, and always will be, Katie uses her knowledge of the industry to help new injectors achieve their goals.
