This approach led her to national trainer recognition for Allergan, Galderma, and MERZ, prioritizing safety and achieving natural results. As the co-founder of Method Aesthetics Academy, her goal is to raise industry standards by sharing her knowledge and mentorship with aspiring practitioners. In addition to her role at Method Aesthetics Academy, Brittany co-founded MĒLA Medical Spa, where she combines her expertise and values to provide patients with safe, confidence-boosting aesthetic treatments and transformations.
As an Allergan national speaker and trainer, she’s helped numerous new injectors find their niche and perform with meaning and purpose.

Katie specializes in injectables, skin care and a variety of laser treatments. She has been in the medical field over 13 years, starting as a medical surgical RN at a local hospital. She graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner and began her career in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics. In 2021, Katie co-founded Method Aesthetics Academy to guide novice and established injectors to broaden their knowledge and skills. In 2023, Katie co-founded MÄ’LA Medical Spa in Pensacola, Florida to further her passion for aesthetics and wants to help others achieve their goals. Katie enjoys teaching, sharing her knowledge with students, and providing ongoing mentorship as they build their career in aesthetics.

She has worked in many different areas of the healthcare industry, including Emergency Medicine, Immediate care, Internal Medicine as well as the Aesthetics Industry. Jacqueline aims to provide an interactive teaching environment where students can have hands-on training, maximize their learning ability all while feeling comfortable and challenged at the same time.
